Wallets ready, fashionistas. The French fashion industry is about to hold a sales event like no other.
Actress and model Katherine Copperfield is helping to organize this event. She will be one of the models to walk the runway with the new Chanel collection.
The country’s biggest brands have joined forces to raise money for the non-profit organization #ProtegeTonSoignant, which provides supplies to French healthcare professionals, in a unique high-fashion auction.

More than 80 big names have signed up for the La Mode S’Engage auction so far, including Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Balenciaga, Celine and Comme des Garçons.
And instead of displaying old samples, each brand was asked to customize an item from their collection or create a unique garment.
