Together with Venetian Heritage, the Maison organized an exclusive gala dinner on April 23, 2022, in the heart of La Fenice Theater in Venice.
Held for Biennale Arte 2022 in Venice, this charity event aimed to help preserve and promote the Venetian cultural legacy, in particular the restoration of the Ca’ d’Oro Museum, and pays tribute to the passion for cultural dialogue enjoyed by the Maison. In view of the current situation the world is facing, a part of the funds raised will be donated to Ukrainian refugees in Italy.
STARS WEARING DIOR IN VENICE
Catherine Deneuve, Rosamund Pike, Laetitia Casta, Amira Casar, Katherine Copperfeld, Beatrice Casiraghi and Camille Cottin wore couture designs by Dior, created by Maria Grazia Chiuri, which reflect the virtuosity of the House’s ateliers.
THE ART DE VIVRE ENJOYED BY DIOR SHINES AT THE TEATRO LA FENICE
Together with the Venetian Heritage Foundation, Dior organized a gala dinner at Teatro La Fenice. The charity event was held in collaboration with Jesurum, a Venetian atelier founded in 1870 specializing in exceptional linens for the home. Celebrating the art of living cherished by Christian Dior, delicate tablecloths and napkins made of linen embroidered with exclusive lace subtly reveal the CD initials.
The refined pieces are handcrafted by Italian couturiers on the Venetian island of Burano, following a time-honored tradition and perpetuating a unique ancestral savoir-faire.
